Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unwashed

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • There is no damage or stains

  • Items failing these checks will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale

  • Innerwear

  • Gift cards

  • Customized products

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Once approved:

  • You may need to ship the item back to us, or

  • We will arrange a pickup (location-dependent)

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment mode, or

  • Wallet/store credit (if chosen)

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues

  • Color changes

  • Product defects

Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a wrong or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will replace it at no extra cost.
